Central Room Booking
Room bookings is part of the CETTS department and is based in Mallard House (former Estates Building). Its principle objective is to assign meeting rooms in response to requests from UWE
- Staff
- Services/Departments
- Students (through Students Union only)
We have access to the main Timetabling database and can provide you with a prompt response to any requests at both Frenchay and St.Matthias campus including the ECC.
We can advise on the IT and AV equipment available in meeting rooms and lecture theatres and can put you in touch with the Central AV Technicians who will be happy to help with any additional support you may need.
We are able to book Lecture Theatres and classrooms throughout the year however we liaise with the relevant Faculty Timetabler to ensure that we do not interfere with any teaching activities.
